Construction Project Manager

Job Description

• To perform the functions of a project manager for concrete pavement construction works.
• Seek new clients, conduct negotiations, and administer the signing of construction contracts.
• Administer signed contracts and ensure their execution progresses.
• Resolve technical issues with participants in the construction process.
• Interact with construction company representatives and site maintenance specialists.
• Assign tasks to subordinates, manage direct processes, and coordinate timely task execution on site.
• Administer construction technical documentation.

We hope that you

• You have obtained a higher education in civil engineering.
• You have a qualification certificate that allows you to perform the duties of a road engineering supervisor or project manager (an advantage).
• You are knowledgeable about occupational safety requirements, Lithuanian Republic legal acts, and construction technical regulations.
• Arranging concrete paving works.
• To be able to read, understand, and evaluate project and technical documentation.
• You have a good understanding of the construction sector, construction processes, and technologies.
• You are independent, organized, proactive, and capable of making timely decisions.
• You are characterized by technical and analytical thinking, diligence, and responsibility.
• You have a Category B driver's license.
• Proficient in: Microsoft 365, AutoCAD, BIM.
• Good knowledge of Russian or English (advantage).
