Nature of work
Performing the functions of a bridge construction/reconstruction construction manager/project manager.
Leading a group of subordinate employees and organizing work at assigned bridge construction sites.
Preparation, completion and management of technical documentation for bridge construction.
Administration of signed contracts.
Ensuring the quality of work performed, occupational safety and fire safety at designated construction sites.
Solving technical issues with bridge construction participants.
Ordering and control of bridge construction products and services.
Employee requirements
Experience in bridge, viaduct construction/reconstruction work or similar work is mandatory.
Higher education in road engineering.
Qualification certificate allowing to perform the duties of bridge/road engineering works manager/project manager (advantage).
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, road construction, bridge, and overpass work processes, Lithuanian legislation, and construction work regulations.
Ability to understand and evaluate design and technical documentation.
Good knowledge of the construction sector, construction processes and technologies.
Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, ability to make decisions independently and in a timely manner.
Quick orientation to changes, technical and analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility.
Driver's license (category B).
Good computer skills (Microsoft 365, AutoCAD, BIM).
Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
